A Legal Disclaimer
Stoned Cherrie Homewear reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit when using your own courier. Refunds, replacements, and exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received in its original condition and within the stated return period. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Refund Policy
Returns
Timeframe: You can return your eyewear within 7 days of delivery
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Reason for return: We accept returns for manufacturing defects and will cover courier costs. Courier expenses for exchanges for design or style changes will be charged unless you prefer to use own courier.
Refund Process
Initiating a return: Contact us via email (info@stonedcherrie.co.za) to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Returning the item: Send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
Refund processing: We'll process your refund within 21 business days of receiving your returned item.
Refund Amount
Full refund: You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs: You're responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was defective or sent in error.
Exchanges
Exchanging for a different style: You can exchange your eyewear for a different style, subject to availability and price difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items: We'll replace or refund defective items, including those with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Damaged items: Please contact us within 24 hours if your item is damaged during shipping.
